AYUSH Department, Haryana is functioning as Directorate of Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) under Health and AYUSH Minister and Commissioner and Secretary to Government of Haryana, Health and AYUSH Department. The Directorate of AYUSH is headed by Director General of AYUSH. He is assisted by Director(Ayurveda), Deputy Director(Ayurveda) Additional Director(Administration), Assistant Director (Ayurveda), Accounts Officer with four branches, viz. Education and Development Branch, Establishment Branch, Stores Supply Depot Branch and Accounts and Budget Branch at Directorate level. These four branches are working under the supervision of Superintendent and three Deputy Superintendents.
