MPPSC was established on 1st November 1956. At present the building of MPPSC, Indore is located over an expense of 7.5 acres in residency area, Indore division. Earlier MPPSC of Madhya Bharat was functioning from a rented office at shiv vilas palace, Indore. After establishment of MPPSC due to increase in work, Work pattern, the office was shifted from Shiv Vilas Palace to gwalior boarding house in 1958.Commission's has a two story main building. The Offices Of The Secretary, The Deputy Secretary, The Under Secretary are on the Ground Floor. The Offices Of The Hon'ble Chairman and The Hon'ble Members are on The Ist Floor. On The Right Hand Side Of The Main Building Establishment section,Store and Account Section. On The Left Hand Side are Examinations 8,9,&10 Sections & Advertisement Section. In The North South Direction Of The Commission are Located White Church & Central Jail Respectively & In The East-West Direction Of The Commission are Located Daly College & Medical College Hostel Respectively. This Building Of The Commission Of Archaeological Importance & It Must Be Preserved as Heritage Building. |
