To impart training to Students, researcher, university/college professors and other related R&D staff of Institutions and Entrepreneurs along with to provide facilities for their internship work as well as dissertation work in tissue culture field. Its ultimate goal is to develop human resource in tissue culture field for the present and future needs of the state.
To popularize and increase awareness among students, farmers and common man towards Biodiversity conservation.
To give Consultancy and guidance towards biodiversity conservation as well as to setup tissue culture lab.
