उच्च बेदा परियोजना

Upperbeda Project is situated across Beda river a tributary of River Narmada near village Nemit of Khargone district. The main Dam has been completed. Main Canal of 30.427 KM long, distributaries of 22.0 KM long and distribution network of 80 KM is under construction. After completion of canal system, irrigation potential of 9900 Ha shall be created of Khargone district. Irrigation potential of 8600 Ha has been created up to Dec-2012. As per orders of Hon’ble Highcourt reservoir has been filled up to RL 310 M. during 2012-13 up to Jan-12 2220 Ha land has been irrigated.
