Main Terms and conditions:-

i. Warranty period: - 2 years from the date of acceptance of the supplied items.
ii. Delivery period:-
a. 1 to 100 Nos. - Within 35 days from the date of Purchase Order.
b. 101 to 200 Nos. - Within 42 days from the date of Purchase Order.
c. 201 to 500 Nos. - Within 49 days from the date of Purchase Order.
d. 501 to 1000 Nos. - Within 56 days from the date of Purchase Order.
e. 1001 and 2000 Nos. - Within 63 days from the date of Purchase Order.
f. 2001 and above Nos. - Within 84 days from the date of Purchase Order
iii. The indenting departments/Boards/Corporations/Organizations must place their indents in favour of managing Director, Hartron, SCO 111-113 Sector 17 B Chandigarh as per the Performa available on Hartron website for supply and installation of the Computer Furniture.
iv. The distribution of the quantity/orders shall be done as per following details by Hartron, as per the Govt. notifications no 2/2/2010-4-B-IB-II dated 16.06.2014 issued by Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana and Director Supplies & Disposal, Haryana or as amended by the State Government during the validity of the rate contract.

NOTE:- A. HARTRON Consultancy Charge (HCC) will be as follows:-

For order value less than Rs. 1.00 lakh Minimum @Rs. 6000+15% Service Tax on HCC (Swachh Bharat cess & Krishi Kalyan Cess)
For order value more than Rs. 1.00 Lakh, but less than Rs. 15.00 lakh 6% of order value + 15% Service Tax on HCC (Swachh Bharat cess & Krishi Kalyan Cess)
For order value Rang between Rs. 15.00 Lakh, but less Rs. 22.50 lakh* *@ Rs. 90000 + 15% Service Tax on HCC (Swachh Bharat cess & Krishi Kalyan Cess)
For order value more than Rs. 22.50 lakh 4% of order value + 15% Service Tax on HCC (Swachh Bharat cess & Krishi Kalyan Cess)

*The consultancy for order valuing more than Rs. 15.00 lakh is @ 4% subject to minimum of @ Rs. 90,000/- therefore the effective Hartron consultancy charge between the range of order valuing Rs. 15.00 lakh to Rs. 22.50 lakh is Rs. 90,000/-.

B. In case of more than bidder on the Rate Contract, the indented quantity is to be distributed among these bidders as detailed above. Accordingly Departments/Boards/Corporation/State Govt. Organizations are requested to consider the same while placing their indents/purchase orders. Technical specification of Computer Table & Chair

5.1.1 Computer Table (900x600x750mm) with keyboard: Annexure-I

  1. Computer Table with telescopic slide-in Keyboard with suitable back support, Keyboard tray (650mmx300mmx18mm) made out of PLPB (IS-12823-1990, Grade-I duly ISI marked)
  2. All steel and pipe shall be CRCA. Modesty panel shall be 200mm height and 0.8 mm thick. Support pipe shall be 50x25 mm x 1.2 mm thick. Vertical pipe shall be 25 x 25 mm x 1.2 mm thick

    or
    C frame under structure made from a combination of 50x25x1.5 mm thick MS ERW tubes and C Channel of thickness 1.5 mm thick CRCA mild steel.
  3. The C.Channel cover shall be made of 0.6 mm thick CRCA m.s. sheets with PVC ring at wire entry and exit points.
  4. Table Top:- Table top shall be made PLPB (IS-12823-1990, Grade-I duly ISI marked) 18 mm thick laminated on both sides. The table top shall be provided with PVC lipping along its edges fixed with hot melt glue having thickness minimum 1 mm.
  5. The tolerance for 18 mm thick lamination on both sides of the table top is + 0.5 mm
  6. All steel parts shall be processed and fabricated in modern press shop. In case of welding at joints shall be done using electronically controlled welding machines. All metal parts should be powder coated. Before powder coating all metal parts shall be given anti-rust phosphate treatment. All metal parts shall be epoxy polyester powder coated and baked at 180°C. Thickness of the coating should be 50-60 microns.
  7. Adjusting screws shall be provided having 50 mm diameter with height adjustment upto 10 mm.
  8. Provisions for CPU stand (adjustable) at bottom. CPU stand shall be made of dia 25x1.2mm thick pipe and hook shall be made of 2 mm CRCA steel. or
    Storage self at bottom for placing the CPU made up of PLPB (IS-12823-1990, Grade-I duly ISI marked) 18 mm thick laminated on both sides
  9. PVC End caps to be provided.
  10. Full length foot rest shall be of 50x25x1.2 mm thick.
  11. Wire retainer of 65 mm with plastic cover shall be provided.

5.1.2 Computer Table (900x600x750mm) with keyboard and with single drawer: Annexure-II

1 Drawer: The table shall be provided with 1 drawer unit of 0.8mm thickness on the right side with outer dimensions 305 W x 460D x 130 H made of CRCA sheet & of 6 liver lock. The drawer is having dimensions 245 W x 385Dx 65H. The drawer shall move on telescopic channels.

5.1.3 Computer Table (1200x600x750mm) with keyboard Annexure-III

Note:- All tables may be offered either in knock down condition or fixed welded one. In case of welded tables, vendor should offer 5 years warranty for welding.

5.2.1 COMPUTER CHAIR (without Arms): Annexure-VI

S# Technical Specifications
1 Back rest is swivelling type. It has with gas lift mechanism for height adjustment and the mechanism has in-built cushioning effect while sitting. The chair base shall be made of 14G steel and provided with five twin wheels castors for free movement. The seat and back are made of moulded plywood hot pressed of 12mm +1 mm thickness. The chair seat and back have been upholstered with superior quality fabric. All metal components have been powder coated with minimum 50 to 60 micron paint and all iron parts have been given anti-rust pre-treatment before powder coating. Seat & back Cushions: Moulded PU foam with minimum 40 mm and 25 mm thickness respectively and with minimum density of 45 Kg./ m3
