Note: - The Indenting Department/Organizations must place the order to the HARTRON only as per indent Performa available on HARTRON website for supply of Summit Indica Hindi Unicode software.
The main terms & conditions are as under:-
i. Warranty: 5 years including all updates & upgrades from the date of installation.
ii. Delivery period: Delivery period: Within 4 weeks from the date of issuance of Purchase order. However, penalty @0.5% per week will be applicable for delay in delivery for first 2 weeks, @1% per weeks for next 3 weeks with a maximum cap of 4%. For delay of more than 5 weeks, order will be cancelled, incase order is not cancelled, 1% penalty per week delay will be continued for undelivered quantity.
iii. Payment terms: 90% against delivery and balance 10% after installation against the Bank Guarantee of the equivalent value to be kept valid till the expiry of warranty period.
